Recipe: Our Famous Salad Dressing

When we used to go the farmers market, I would make a balsamic vinaigrette to sell alongside our produce. We had no idea that it would become so popular and have such a following. 

It’s a very simple recipe, but the ingredients are what makes it so special. I’m not selling it for the time being, but hope to put it up on the website in the future. For now, please enjoy this dressing alongside our salad mix. They go great together ;)

Balsamic Vinaigrette
yield: 5oz bottle
Kirkland Brand Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Kirkland Brand Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 tsp for each of the following: 
Celtic sea salt
fresh ground pepper
garlic powder
dried basil
dried oregano
dried thyme
First combine the dry ingredients in the bottle. Then fill half of the bottle with the olive oil, then fill to the top with vinegar. Shake well and do not refrigerate. Enjoy!
